The AATPHRM Organising Committee invites submissions of abstracts for poster presentation at the 2025 Annual Meeting. We welcome original work that aligns with the core themes of trauma, pre-hospital and retrieval medicine.

This is a valuable opportunity to share your research, clinical innovations, and case studies with colleagues from across the Australia, New Zealand and beyond and contribute to the advancement of acute care.

​A prize will be awarded for the best poster.

​

• ​​Submission of abstracts are due for submission by 3 October 2025.

• Applicants are expected to be informed of the acceptance results by 24 October 2025

• Accepted poster presenters are expected to attend in person.

Eligibility

​

• Abstracts should address the conference themes

• Abstracts must not exceed 400 words. (This limit applies to the main body of the abstract only and excludes the abstract title, authors, affiliations, and references). 

• The abstract title should be short and descriptive

• All presenting authors must include a one-page summary CV to be emailed to ncosta@ncevents.com.au

• Short listing of submissions will be made by members of the AATPHRM Organising Committee. 

• Judging will be conducted at the meeting by two judges appointed by AATPHRM Organising Committee. The judges’ decision will be final.
