Registration inclusions:
Registrations include attendance at all scientific sessions, morning/afternoon tea and lunch, the Welcome Function and the Conference Dinner.
Tickets can be purchased for Accompanying Persons to attend the Welcome and Gala Dinners. These can be purchased as an optional add-on through the online registration portal.
Should you wish to purchase these tickets later, they can be added by accessing your original registration. Please contact NC Events if you require assistance.
Industry representatives wishing to attend the ASM are only able to do so as part of a sponsorship package. Please refer to the Sponsorship page for more information.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations prior to 31st August 2025 will be refunded less a 10% administration fee.
Cancellations between 1st September and 5th November 2025 will be refunded less 50%.
Cancellations after the 5th November 2025 will not be refunded.
