Registration fees are in AUD and includes 10% GST. Booking fees additional.

Accommodation at the Novotel has been exhausted.
​Overflow accommodation is available at the Barossa Weintal Hotel located 10 minutes drive from the Novotel Barossa Valley Resort. Please visit the accommodation page for more information.

​Registration inclusions:
Registrations include attendance at all scientific sessions, morning/afternoon tea and lunch, the Welcome Function and the Conference Dinner.

​Tickets can be purchased for Accompanying Persons to attend the Welcome and Gala Dinners. These can be purchased as an optional add-on through the online registration portal.

Should you wish to purchase these tickets later, they can be added by accessing your original registration. Please contact NC Events if you require assistance.​​

Industry representatives wishing to attend the ASM are only able to do so as part of a sponsorship package. Please refer to the Sponsorship page for more information.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations prior to 31st August 2025 will be refunded less a 10% administration fee.
Cancellations between 1st September and 5th November 2025 will be refunded less 50%.
Cancellations after the 5th November 2025 will not be refunded.​​
