Start your day with calm, clarity, and focus.

We understand medical conferences can be intense — early starts and a full program.

 

These short, accessible sessions are created to promote energy, alertness, and calm as the day begins.

​

Whether you’re presenting, networking, or just taking it all in, these sessions offer a space to reset and recharge;  no yoga mat or prior experience required!

​

What to expect:

​

• Guided breathwork, gentle movement, and mindfulness tailored for those who may not usually do “wellness” (but probably need it most)

​

Join us each morning before the conference begins for these sessions on the lawn area overlooking the valley (weather dependent)

​Sign up at the registration desk at the conference.

Childcare Facilites

​

To help make your conference experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible, we’re pleased to offer access to fully screened, professional carers who can look after your children while you attend the conference. Care can be arranged privately in your accommodation, in a designated room on-site, or even as engaging daily outings to explore the local area—with your consent, of course.

Rates & Fees:

​

• Daily Agency Booking Fee: $60 (+GST) per family, per day booked
  (Please note: a slightly higher fee applies for bookings made within 48 business hours or in remote locations.)

• Hourly Rate: $75–$80 per hour (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), which includes:

  • Carer’s hourly wage

  • Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance

  • Workers Compensation
