FOR POSTER PRESENTATION

The AATPHRM Organising Committee invites submissions of abstracts for poster presentation at the 2025 Annual Meeting. We welcome original work that aligns with the core themes of trauma, retrieval & critical care medicine.

This is a valuable opportunity to share your research, clinical innovations, and case studies with colleagues from across the Australia, New Zealand and beyond and contribute to the advancement of acute care

​Submission of abstracts are due for submission by 3 October 2025.
Applicants are expected to be informed of the acceptance results by 24 October 2025
Accepted poster presenters are expected to attend in person.

Eligibility
​

Abstracts should address the conference themes
-
Abstracts must not exceed 400 words. (This limit applies to the main body of the abstract only and excludes the abstract title, authors, affiliations, and references).

The abstract title should be short and descriptive
-
All presenting authors must include a one-page summary CV to be emailed to ncosta@ncevents.com.au
-
Short listing of submissions will be made by members of the AATPHRM Organising Committee.

Judging will be conducted at the ASM by two judges appointed by AATPHRM Organising Committee. The judges’ decision will be final.
